“we love the food. however, tonight we were a bit disappointed when they would not honor or Pinpoint rewards for a free app and also didnt even give us points for our meal. The sign on front door says wings are no longer "on Special ", but doesn't explain anything about Pinpoint. plus, we should've at least got point credits.“

“Erika the manager was awesome. Our organization "The Christian Action " ordered 50 pizza on March 1st, to go share with homeless people in downtown which we do once a month every month. We asked ERIKA if we could pick up at 1030, at first she said they don't open until 11 but she made sacrifice to come early get pizza ready at 1030. When I got there at 1030, everything was ready as promised. ERIKA was friendly and nice. We truly appreciate her kindness and for keeping her words.“

“This is my go to Pizza hut because they are usually fast and accurate. My last two orders have been messed up or missing something. My first order was missing my cheesebread (which I paid 1.50 Xtra for). Then in my order yesterday they had my pizza wrong. I ordered a super supreme and my pizza only had sausage, cheese and pepperoni on it, that's all, and I paid $3.00 extra for the specialty pizza. Make sure to check your order before leaving store or before the delivery person leaves.

“I had an issue with a previous order and the order could not be found due given to the wrong number being provided. After finally locating my previous order the manager Kaleb went ABOVE and BEYOND to make it right. He maintained courtesy, professionalism, and kindness throughout the entire ordeal.

He personally made our order which was VERY exceptional hot, fresh, and made with love and care. I can tell Kaleb loves what he does and he is good at doing it.

I debated on if I wanted to return to this location with the frustration of my order not being found. (Partly my fault). But Kaleb has insured we will return again and again. Thank you for your amazing customer service Kaleb.“

“This was by far the best experience I've had at a Pizza Hut in the last 10 years. The food was perfection - my pan pizza had a crispy bottom, melty cheese, enough sauce that you could taste it in every bite but not so much that it overtook the pizza, and deliciously crispy pepperonis. The worker was super nice - again for the first time in at least 10 years, I felt zero pressure to tip. She just wanted me to pay, none of that "you just need to answer this question first" like they do at Starbucks. 10/10 for this place, will be my go to Pizza Hut from now on!“
