“Pumpkin spice munchkins are always delightful .My iced mocha was made very well. I wanted a bagel sandwich but their ovens weren't working .I think this is the second or third time I've been there that they haven't had ovens working when I wanted food which is very frustrating. As much as I love Duncan I don't get to go very often.. You guys need some new ovens! Cuz clearly the ones you got are not very reliable. I just gave two stars because I couldn't get the food I wanted, not that there was anything wrong with what I got.

Vegetarian options: I believe they have four or five options for vegetarians.“

“Well, I ordered the maple bacon and egg croissant with extra bacon and asked for the bacon crispy! I received my sandwich, bacon wasn't crispy and there were small pieces of bacon on not equaling 3 slices so I told the cashier at the window this, she went and asked someone then came back and said, you get 3 strips, I showed her the sandwich and she saw the little pieces of bacon and came back with the extra bacon I paid for so thank you young lady for rectifying my complaint! My sandwich was amazing after that!!!“

“I placed an order for birthday donuts for my son. I spoke with Lindsey who was extremely friendly and helpful. When I picked the donuts up the night before my son’s birthday (at a different Hurts donut location) they were not what I expected. I called Lindsey as I thought maybe there was confusion with the order. She went above and beyond and not only replaced the donuts but had them brought directly to us (and we aren’t located close to the store). When I opened the new box of donuts I cried because I was so overwhelmed with her and her staff doing everything they could to make the situation right and to ensure my kiddo woke up to some amazing personalized donuts.“

“We used to live in omaha and got these donuts on Saturday mornings at the 120th & Center location....they are freshly made right before your eyes which was cool for the kiddos. Served warm and just perfect. Now that we don't live there, we still make a point to go every time we area back. Glazed are the best in my opinion and they have good coffee too.“

I had a delay at the tire shop next door - came over to enjoy a chocolate milk and some refreshment.
Not only were they attentive to my needs, but they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.
The place was clean and the chairs & atmosphere were inviting.
But with most things - it's the people... They didn't make me feel like I had to leave - but when my ride showed up they locked the door behind me.
Truly compassionate on someone who could have been having a bad day. They made it all better!
