I've come here many times over the years - their problems aren't new. Every order takes WAY longer to cycle than it should, and they don't move drivethrough cars waiting out of the way; getting stuck forever in the drivethru is the norm - I just visited this location for the last time.
This location is unsanitary. I watched the guy open the drive thru window with one glove on. Take my money with the glove, touch register, counter, then wipe his forehead with the same gloved hand. Then proceeded to make my breakfast sandwich with the same glove and no glove on the other hand. I didn’t eat the sandwich in fear of getting sick. I have an auto immune disease so I didn’t want to chance my luck. Just super disappointing when you work in the food industry...read full review
Well, I ordered the maple bacon and egg croissant with extra bacon and asked for the bacon crispy! I received my sandwich, bacon wasn't crispy and there were small pieces of bacon on not equaling 3 slices so I told the cashier at the window this, she went and asked someone then came back and said, you get 3 strips, I showed her the sandwich and she saw the little pieces of bacon and came back with the extra bacon I paid for so thank you young lady for rectifying my complaint!...read full review
