Hands down the worst place to get anything to eat or drink in Bellevue. To be fair, we gave it another shot hoping something has changed, clearly it has not. Expect to sit in the drive thru for at minimum 10 minutes. Expect every item you receive to be sticky or grease soaked. Expect the kid working to be rude, not able to do math, and don't expect any apologies or customer service. Words can't express the absolute incompetence here. Always out of everything. Counters were dirty. Where the donuts were kept, nothing was in order where it went. The gal was more concerned with the drive-thru. Maybe provide her with another person to help out with the busy time's. Note: the maple frosted donut was doughy.
I had to wait 12 minutes for a cup of coffee with only me and line and nobody inside. At 8 o’clock in the morning. And then they asked me to pull forward with nobody behind me that makes no sense so when I said no, there was nobody behind me for me to get out of the way.

However, there have been issues with the ovens being out of order, preventing some food orders like bagel sandwiches, which has caused frustration. Pumpkin spice munchkins are always delightful, and the iced mocha is made well. The restaurant offers a few vegetarian options, making it a decent choice for different dietary needs.
