Ordered food, long wait time of 20 min. People who came after me left before me. I had to ask about my order twice. Was handed my food to me 20 min after I placed my order. Refused to accept the food with type of service and requested a refund. They told me they can’t refund and couldn’t provide me with corporate number. I refused to accept that type of service I walked out and left the food there. In case anyone else needs corporate number here it is. 1800 859 5339.
Decided to try dunkin again after a long time. $6 for a cup full of ice. I get that if we ask for less ice it means less product, but notify me that no changes means just a cup full of ice and maybe 3 oz of product if that. I'll stick to the mom and pop shops for the same price.
At 6 am, I would think there would be more selections of donuts. But, they did make a fabulous refresher!

Despite this, the employees are generally great, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Customers have commented on the staff's politeness, even when dealing with rude customers, earning high praise for their helpfulness. However, there have been issues with the ovens being out of order, preventing some food orders like bagel sandwiches, which has caused frustration. Pumpkin spice munchkins are always delightful, and the iced mocha is made well. The restaurant offers a few vegetarian options, making it a decent choice for different dietary needs.
