During lent, I came to Long John Silver's every Friday and there was always a wait which I did not mind because I figured it's Friday and that is a busy season for them. Today however was completely unacceptable. I pulled up to the speaker to order my food, all I ordered was one piece of fish and one piece of chicken at the window. The lady answered the speaker and asked me to hold on a few minutes. I sat there for 12 minutes before she finally took my order. I thought...

There's 2 people working currently, the drive through isn't open, out of corn and out of coleslaw. No problem. Upon entry I see a kid sleeping in one of the bench tables. The lady that took my order wasn't very personable, after I gave my order I could hear the lady and the cook arguing about home life. Not very professional in my humble opinion. A guest doesn't want to hear that while dining or waiting for their order.

The food was hot. I don't care for a lot of breading on my food. I told them to keep the little hush puppies because I don't like them. They don't need to add the little pieces of extra dropping. Don't know what they are and don't like them either.The food has changed in the last 10 years.
