Waited at the counter for over 5 minutes. 4 workers, nobody in drive through initially. A remodel will never replace good customer service and basic courtesy.

The amazing staff, but I wanted to clarify something that made me angry this morning! Is it true that if we tip the staff through the mobile app the tip goes to the managers?!!! 😡😡😡😡
