“1st time going to this very little cute restaurant. Staff so friendly and patient when I was deciding to order. Went early due to the long lines always scared me. I see why ppl wait for the ice cream and food. Had a yummy bacon cheese burger and fries. Then what I had been waiting for to try , the dip butterscotch cone. Good thing I went with small it was huge!!!! For a small and so yummy. I missed getting my favorite dessert at DQ and when I saw it here I was hopeful and they fulfilled my inner child heart. I can't wait to go again before they close for the season. Butterscotch dip cone here I come.“

“This is exactly what I would expect walking into a Crumbl cookie shop! A good arrangement of choices, good service, and warm soft cookies to take out with you. This was the first time I ordered a birthday present and it was quite simple to accomplish on the touchscreen ordering. I also appreciated that the lady behind me didn't want to use the touchscreen diy ordering, and asked the lady behind the counter to assist with ordering so she could pay in cash, and she happily assisted her with great service. These cookies are still delicious!!“
“We happened upon this quaint little place unexpectedly. Soft serve frozen custard, chocolate vanilla or twist. There were 4 of us, all getting waffle cones with the syrup and toppings. The gal was quite helpful and had us served in no time. It's unfortunate they are on the backside, not facing the street. I'm Dylan we found it and do plan on returning“
“Always fast, friendly, and fresh! Their signature bowl menu has some delicious options but I like to build my own! Today, I learned their sister store is Akarui, the best ramen place downtown. They sell their boba here! Must try. My best lunch time treat. The price and location couldn't be better.“
“This is my absolute favorite Scooters location in Omaha. The staff is great and cheery, the drinks are ALWAYS consistent and delicious, and the drive through moves very quickly!My favorite drinks (you will see a theme here) are the Caramelicious Blender, the Hot Caramelicious, and the Iced Caramelicious.The Turtle Latte and Candy Bar lattes are also pretty good, if you're wanting something EXTRA sweet.The only drawback of this location is that the parking lot is a little weird, but I don't blame that on the Scooters - that parking lot has always been pretty weird and congested. If you're a Scooters fan, I'd say definitely give this location a try if you haven't yet, because it's a notch above the rest!“
“Nice selection of cookies. You can get two sizes and there are some special cookie sandwiches and decorated cookies too. Sometimes they close early, we got there ten before closing and the door was locked in the past, but we've rolled with it and figured we didn't need a ne that bad. Service is okay. The shop is plain, but functional. Wish there were small bistro tables out front to sit. Price wise they are on the top end, but the big cookies are so big that they're two desserts worth.“

“Staff needs to work on better customer service. No one greeted us when we walked in. We had questions and the girl who took our order just sat there looking at the floor. The whole experience gave "You're wasting my time". We'll go to the council bluffs location next time.“
“There was a plethora of flavors, yet I sadly could not get what I wanted because two of the nozzles that dispense the frozen yogurt delicacy did not work. I was befuddled, because this has never happened before. But, overall, the toppings are wonderful and the taste is exquisite. I would still recommend going there.“

“Had a couple of poke bowls. I love how easy it is to order using the touch screen. It was the second time in as many visits that I went with someone who had never had poke before. Both times the guest said they would definitely go back and order it again. I have never had the ice cream but everything else we have tried has been great.“
