As soon as I walked in I was greeted by this worker named Mason and took my order he had overall amazing customer service and took my order happily. I was also impressed with how quick the food was getting to my table, I thought at first the food would be ok because of how fast but to my amazement it was an amazing filling stomach. I walked out of there full and happy ?.“
“Jason was the only person I saw working here at this location at the Nebraska Crossings Outlet, when my best friend and I stopped in there to have a treat. He was amazing!!! He helped every customer, didn't rush anyone, made suggestions, was very friendly, gave samples to people who wanted some, suggested getting a photo taken with the big bear.. which I did LOL. I even bought one of their dark chocolate truffles. Everything is so amazingly great tasting , and not a bad price . I would come back again and again if Jason was the one working. He made me feel like a customer not a number! An amazing asset to your company!!“

“This is exactly what I would expect walking into a Crumbl cookie shop! A good arrangement of choices, good service, and warm soft cookies to take out with you. This was the first time I ordered a birthday present and it was quite simple to accomplish on the touchscreen ordering. I also appreciated that the lady behind me didn't want to use the touchscreen diy ordering, and asked the lady behind the counter to assist with ordering so she could pay in cash, and she happily assisted her with great service. These cookies are still delicious!!“

“My favorite item to order is the walking taco. It reminds me of my hit summer days in California. I wanted to pass along some feedback. Your employees haven’t taken the time to know the difference between the walking taco and the nachos. When I order the Walking Taco, they make it wrong. They start adding corn and nacho sauce. This happened 3 times. They were receptive when I told them that’s incorrect. I had to list off the ingredients for them.I am so happy you opened in West Omaha. I love the menu! “Sweet little breakfast and lunch place. Usually you can seat yourself. Old fashioned seats and friendly people. Food tastes good and prices are right. Lots of regulars come in. My favorite is the chicken salad. There is a party room and also a little store upstairs but you pay at the counter for store items. The staff is very nice but will hit tables out of order when it is busy so don't get upset, know that ahead of time.Parking: It's city parking but most of the time you will find a spot. You just might have to walk a bit.Kid-friendliness: This is a relatively small town. This restaurant enjoys children and is a favorite place for them to get cookies, ice cream, et cetera.“
“What a great little hidden gem! My wife and I stopped by in a whim last night on our way to Dairy Queen. I’m so glad we did!! So much closer, tasted delicious and best of all, you feel as if you are taking care of your own vs a big national chain. Pricing was pretty similar to what you would expect but the experience was far better! Bring the kids along! They have outdoor games setup for them to play, or the ability to go on the roof and check out the surroundings from up high! Meanwhile, the adults can mingle on the (plenty of) nice tables with umbrellas.My first experience and I know my wife was equally pleased. We will be back soon to try more!“
