Ordered two cheeseburgers on the app and both cheeseburgers came with no meat. This McDonalds is just awful. No attention to detail, slow, orders are wrong. I gave it the benefit of the doubt being new and was excited to see food outlets coming to Bennington but it’s time for a regional manager to step in and get the store in shape.
Poor customer service inside they don’t acknowledge you in the dinning area waited 10 mins just for them to assume it was a door dash order and then disappeared again
Was there from 3:10-3:37 waiting on 1 small order. I thought they forgot about me,
I had to get out and knock on the window. If you are behind or short staffed please let the customer know there will be a wait, and check in periodically. A little communication goes a long way.
