“We came here based on recommendation from the hotel we were staying at. We could not have been more pleased. We ordered ribeye and filet steak. Both were cooked perfectly. The steak had wonderful flavor. The vegetable was fresh mixed carrots cauliflower and brocolli, it was delicious. The staff was attentive yet not hovering. Tablecloths on the tables was a welcoming addition. Finally a wonderful homemade raspberry cheesecake. The cost was extremely reasonable. Definitely a place to have dinner.“

“One of the best places in Central City. We always encourage our guests that stay in the Airbnb to swing in and get a couple drinks at the Indy. It’s also one of the oldest establishments still in existence in CC. The owners, Larry and Joyce Petersen, constantly host fundraisers for everybody in the community. In addition, they are the type of people who take you in and treat you like family. During the summer months, you can join their volleyball league or their cornhole leagues. It’s a great place to go if you want to throw a birthday party or a anniversary or retirement party!!“

“Great beer selection for a small place in the middle of nowhere. They had a great band there, but no too crowded. Three bartenders working who were not particularly attentive. Other than ridiculously expensive shots, the drink prices were very reasonable. Cell reception is almost non-existent, so plan accordingly.“
