“What a gem! Being from out of state we have never heard of Runza, so stopped in to check it out. Boy, did they not disappoint! From friendly and genuinely welcoming service to hot delicious sandwiches - a 5 star experience from start to finish! Runza sandwiches were so good, we had to get a couple to go on the way out! And the prices were right too!“

“This isn’t my usual subway but as I just got to the area I decided to try it. The first time I went a female named Andrea served me and I was sorely disappointed in the service given. The second time however was a gentleman named James. Not only did provide excellent customer service but he was also friendly, polite, and joked with my children. The first visit you couldn’t squeezed a smile out of that woman’s tush if someone tickled it. I will go in again but will preferably be when James is working. If I’m going to drop 50$ a visit to feed my family I expect a thank you and friendly customer service.

Kid-friendliness: James will joke and converse with your children at a level that is friendly And polite“

“Ordered large super supreme, but screwed up and didn't tell them pan crust. Got hand tossed. It is gross, taated like cardboard, but not their fault. The pizza is always good from here.“

Service absolutely sucks here.

Make sure you ask for your bank card back. I had to walk in from the drive-thru to get my card back after waiting 5 min at the drive-thru window .they definitely have TikTok brain ?“

“So my husband and I travel lots, we have been to many Burger Kings but this has been THE BEST and freshest food that we have tasted. We drove thru drive up and it was a bit of a wait BUT SO WORTH THE WAIT for the quality of food we got! I don’t know what yall do differently but can you PLEASE teach the rest of the franchise. Yall are definitely on the must stop list!! I highly recommend everyone try the fries, puts McDonalds to shame!“
