“Tried our first Runza this week in Omaha (we are from Colorado and were visiting family in Nebraska). We loved it, so we stopped in the store in McCook. Great service from the staff, excellent food (we both had the original Runza with Frings). I highly recommend this store and Runza as well.“
“Food here is good, dining area is small but always clean. Staff is hit or miss, sometimes friendly sometimes they can't wait to be rid of you and it shows. They always have fresh baked bread and the vegetables are crisp. A good place to stop for a soup and sandwich lunch.“
“We stop at Taco John's in McCook often when we're in town running errands. For fast food it's the best! This morning for the first time I tried a scrambler, wanting a bowl instead of a tortilla. I didn't realize there was a choice of small or large, and was happy I could get a small. It was very filling, and had so many fresh chopped onions, peppers and tomatoes to go with the eggs, bacon and potatoes. My new favorite!By the way, the newly remodeled building is VERY nice!“
“I was in the area working on the Road 702 Fire. A couple of fellow coworkers were with me when we decided to stop for lunch. The staff was kind enough to provide us with a free meal.
