“Went out to dinner tonight at Toast. Plenty of people were at the restaurant but got seated as soon as we walked in. The host and the waitress were both very gracious. They have a variety of dishes from signature sandwiches, gourmet burgers and savory dinner entrees. We had the toast mac n cheese and the flat iron steak with green beans and mashed potato’s. The mac n cheese was on point and the flat iron steak was juicy and full of flavor. The cocktail Brandi had was called tipsy Rudolph (cherry vodka, chocolate liqueur and cream). So good she had to order two. Highly recommend.“

“We were there for my son's and future daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner. Rebecca was wonderful to work with and made it so easy since we aren't from Nebraska. They opened the starlight room on a Sunday for us. Our food was very good. We had a fantastic server. Very friendly and polite. Everyone enjoyed it. Thank you for everything.

Parking: Had to park 3 blocks away and walk. Very busy all over down town on a Sunday. But it was a Sunday and free parking. Definitely wouldn't let the parking stop you from eating here.“

“Cheese Curds were excellent! We've had bad luck with them lately but these were crunchy and not greasy, great marinara! My husband started with the Beer Cheese Soup and said it was one of the best soups he's ever had period!
Our friends had a Patty Melt with a Caesar Salad and a Cheddar Double Double Burger with fries. No complaints. Everything executed very well.

My husband had a Reuben, said it was also good, could've used more dressing. Onion Rings were panko coated, thick and crunchy and yummy. Onto the fish. I'd seen pictures and it looked great. Instead of fish and chips I opted for the Cod Sandwich. Fish was cooked perfectly, crispy and flaky. Coleslaw was pretty basic but the garlic aioli took it over the top! Lots of pickles for me. Our friend and I agreed on the delicious toasted brioche bun. We also both thought the fries could have been a bit more done but were seasoned well.

Service was great! Sam did a great job helping us and was very attentive. I should mention you have to access the restaurant through the Cornhusker Hotel lobby. We will definitely be back!“

While the restrooms could use some attention, the restaurant itself was visually appealing with current decor, although it did feel a little cramped. Regardless, that is not why any of us come to Runza, is it?“

“Super consistent. Seems most fast food places are losing motion. Especially compared to the burger king across the street. The only thing id want to change is the ratio of syrup to carbonation with the soda machines. Way too much carbon dioxide. Maybe they syrups just low on mtn dew. ?‍♂️. Runza for life!“

“First time in forever that i left this location feeling happy and relieved. The wait was short even though the line was long. We were in and out. The cashier was Amazing! She was smiling and cheerful plus the vibe she gave made us smile. The Ford was spot on made the way we ordered it and it was HOT and Tasty! This was by far one of the best drive-thru experience I've had. Thank you! Keep up the great work!“
