Starbucks in Elkhorn

“I’ve experienced a big change with the barista team and the level of service they provide. Everyone is happy and very pleasant. More times than not they’ll walk your drink out to you as well (not needed, but a nice touch). Drinks are consistent! Love starting our weekends out here for a Starbucks date.

Lots of seating options inside, typically very busy through early afternoon.“

Each time I visit, She is genuinely welcoming, engaged, and treats customers like people rather than transactions. She takes the time to make eye contact, smile and create a positive experience. One thing I really appreciate is She does not immediately shove the credit card machine in front of me before we have interacted. That simple courtesy makes every visit personal and respectful.

Her professionalism and kindness are the reasons I drive by other Starbucks locations just to choose this one. Great customer service is becoming harder to find, and She sets the mark for where it should be.

“This is my favorite Starbucks location because this is the only one that delivers consistent coffee. Other locations are a hit and miss on how they craft your drink. That is why, I try to get my coffee here when I can. They even remember their regular customer's names so plus one for customer service.“
