“We drove thru. My brother got an iced caramel macchiato and I got a small black coffee! Even though it was after 1pm, I was still offered my choice of all 3 drip blends, and I asked for blonde. We had very fast, friendly service, my coffee was hot and fresh, and my brother enjoyed his as well! Thanks!“

“It’s Starbucks, coffee, they’re more or less the same for the most part. But this one is one of my favorites in town. The staff is friendly, helpful always happy to see you. I will choose to go here before I go to a different one.“

“There are a lot of selections here, and a lot of fun trinkets, crafts and books. Just be careful of the sale signs and make sure that you read the fine print. Everything was awesome I had really great customer service until I had to check out and that was just a really long ordeal, it took about 10 minutes I think to check out but in the end I'm happy with all of my purchases and it was a fun experience.“

“Staff are usually friendly and helpful. Today and yesterday the girl working the drive thru asked if I wanted a straw and automatically handed me napkins since I ordered food. Just want to say you rock! Since usually they don’t give you napkins and I have to ask for a straw. Which I’m always afraid I’ll drive off and forget.“

“It's always a great place to visit, but during the final week and with the free chancellor coffee, I hope he gave tips to the employees or made that part of the deal because they are working extra hours and they looked tired due to the sudden huge increase in orders during the final week.“

“I honestly am not sure why there are so many poor reviews. Every time I go here the service is fast for how many people are in line wanting to order. I don’t have to wait no longer than 5 minutes for a drink. The workers are friendly and trained well. I appreciate how hard they work during a rush. My drinks always turn out the way I ordered them and taste good.“

“The baristas make me feel welcome the moment I walk through the door. They take time to acknowledge you, visit with you, and genuinely make an effort to know your name. It’s a great place to sit for a while—enjoy an excellent cup of coffee, get some work done, or simply relax.“

“First visit to this location was on my birthday. Had a great conversation with the barista who wrote “Happy birthday” on my cup, too! I had also bought some cute Starbucks merch, and there were a lot of great choices.

I’ve been back a few times since then and although I’ve waited in line a few times, the wait was reasonable. They kept us moving along.“

“I am sooo sorry I am bad with names but the red headed gal (I am a red head too so..), I think Jacqie, and the gentleman with her are AMAZING! Suggested a new type of brew to use in my drink and were spot on with how good it was. Gave me some great info on other drinks. I love them and will be back!!“

“The staff inside the North HyVee are stellar ask the upsell questions to improve margins.Now about Green Tea "Strong" should mean "No Water" EXACTLY what the customer ordered and EXACTLY how the other 2 leading competitors make Strong Green Tea.This comment Shall Not Overshadow the abilities of the eight or so associates working that location. Stellar keep up the good work people. Grocery customers are not a friendly lot.“

“My wife and I are regulars here and this is one of our favorite locations.

Dan the manager is an awesome guy who keeps the place running smoothly. The baristas here are always on top of orders and doing their best. Quality, consistency, and customer service are just a few things that this team provides.
