The fact that it takes the intelligence of high school kids and these adults still manage to get orders wrong!!! I was the only car in the drive thru so they weren’t busy…. Do better!!
Wow! I want to start this off by saying I truly do enjoy Burger King, and this is nothing against them, but against this specific location. I moved to Fremont about six months ago, and I can’t tell you how many chances I have given this store in hopes that they can do better! They get my order wrong about 90% of the time. Disgusting. It's far from clean; there's trash outside, filthy floors, unwhiped down tables, and unsanitary bathrooms with a stench that made me gag. The place has a play area, but it's worn down. You'll want to bathe your kids in antiseptic soap when you get home.
