Raising Cane's Reviews
Open up my box at work and have a small handful of fries and three chicken strips the size of my pinky 😐
Just went through Canes and initially there were 3 pieces of toast missing, & 3 orders of fries skimped.
Complained and they fixed the error, appreciate that. BUT THEN, i drive away and start to eat my meal and I FOUND HAIR in the coleslaw. Im disgusted, annoyed and deterred from this place at this point.
Their chicken tenders were also the size of Large shrimp, employee said it is an issue with their distributor. Whatever.

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is a popular chain restaurant known for its signature chicken fingers. The chicken fingers are large and most are cooked well, though some may not be fully cooked. The flavor is often described as bland, but many find the chicken to be tender and juicy. The fries can be overcooked, and some customers find them too salty, with recent reviews mentioning that the serving size of fries seems smaller than before. However, the service is generally good, with one manager named Drew going above and beyond to assist a customer who received an incomplete order. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, making it a good choice for families, as it is kid-friendly and has very good wheelchair accessibility. The signature chicken fingers remain a highlight, especially when eaten fresh from the store, and some customers express that they prefer Raising Cane's over other restaurants due to the quality of food and service.
