I ordered a large hot chocolate on Thursday October 25 and I got something that tastes like coffee and I hate coffee. Ugh!
Normally I don't have any issues, people are always friendly but I went today and ordered my drink with coconut milk since I cannot have dairy, this has never been an issue in the past. I drove away and since I knew it was hot I was hot I drank it when I was almost home. That's when I realized they did. It use coconut milk but regular cows milk, I would have gone back but my 2 month old son was crying because he was hungry and my two year old was throwing a fit so their needs...read full review

They close at least once a week each month and no notice. Not to mention, we had over 1,500 star points and because we can never use them they went away and we got an email saying because of the pandemic, they are extending the expiration date of the points. Nope. Still went away. All the money we spend in this store and they just take our points away.
If your staff keep getting Covid, perhaps just close for good.
