They close at least once a week each month and no notice. Not to mention, we had over 1,500 star points and because we can never use them they went away and we got an email saying because of the pandemic, they are extending the expiration date of the points. Nope. Still went away. All the money we spend in this store and they just take our points away.
If your staff keep getting Covid, perhaps just close for good.
I ordered a large hot chocolate on Thursday October 25 and I got something that tastes like coffee and I hate coffee. Ugh!
