“We stopped here on a Monday afternoon during the lunch rush and the restaurant was packed. I hadn't had a runza in almost 30 years, and I didn't care how long the line was. The restaurant was very clean and so were the restrooms. The staff was friendly and our order didn't take too long. The food was fresh, hot and was absolutely delicious. It was everything I remembered!“

“The employees are always warm and friendly, smiling and ready to take your order promptly. The lobby is always clean and comfortable. I have never had a complaint about eating at this location or the Scottsbluff location.

Parking: Parking locations all around the building, and the parking lot is always kept clean.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap area is right at the door to limit the amount of walking.“

“Horrible customer service!! I made the mistake of spending my money at the Gering subway today. Ordered my sandwiches and was asked if there was anything else I would like. I said yes can I get a box of cookies please. The lady almost rolled her eyes straight out of her head and bit my head off. I got my food and sat down. 3 minors came in and this lady yelled at them. No outside food or drinks. They were good kids and threw out their drinks. They sat down and the little one who was probably 6 years old went up to the counter. The lady but her head off told her "get off my counter" she ran back to her sisters. I went over and gave the 3 girls my box of cookies cause wow!! And this lady had the audacity to yell at them AGAIN. She said "where did you get those cookies cause I already told you no outside food" my bf spoke up and said they were from us. Please someone tell this woman that kindness and customer service go hand in hand. Yelling at a little 6 year old and then all 3 kids when all they were doing was waiting for there order ....shameful

Kid-friendliness: 💯 NOT kid friendly even when they were polite and respectful AND spent $$$ there.“

“It was early morning I ordered online and after about 8 minutes I went inside, it seemed to me they were having a shift change so the order wasn't quite ready yet but the vibe in the store was very positive and fun but also professional. 10/10“

“This was my first time at a Runza. The place was immaculate! Very clean floors, tables, and chairs. The men’s restroom was also very clean. The food was great! I had a Runza with cheese and frings. My wife had the same minis the cheese. Everything was fresh and hot! Thank you!“

“Ordered the Cheese Frenchee without pickles, medium fries, and a large drink with 20% tip under $20.

The Cheese Frenchee is essentially a fried grilled cheese in little triangles, the medium fries were HUGE portion, and the large soda was indeed quite large. Delicious meal.

You could definitely get a huge meal for a good price here. Delicious huge portions. One minor downside is ketchup packets instead of a ketchup dispenser.

They have a whole area dedicated to ice scream scoops in the back as well. Old style booths and tables with comfortable chairs.

They bring the food out to your table if dining in. Good service, good affordable food. I'm sure the frenchee was extremely unhealthy but it was delicious.“

“I came in and ate a American Club on jalapeno bread both people that waited on me were incredibly nice friendly and professional and I couldn't believe how soft the bread was and the way it tasted and how fresh the vegetables it was awesome and also how nice the guy was that cashed me out.
