“This little gem is a great place to grab some lunch or dinner. Always greeted with a smile, large portions, and yummy food. The new management is doing a great job. I like to take drives out from Lincoln to explore our surrounding communities for lunch, and this is a nice add to the drives.”

“We had the taco pizza that was very yummy. Crunched Doritos on the top made it extra special. We called for takeout and the young man who answered the phone helped me find a special deal that met my needs. The pizza was ready when we got there.”

“Not far from Omaha metro area, the trip is worth it. It’s on the west side of Ashland . The beef brisket was very tender with great smoky favor and not dried out it was sliced very thin which is something I like. The sides were excellent, and the right amount. My wife tried the pulled pork and rib tips, they were very tasty, and had a great smoky favor. For dessert the caramel apple cobbler was a pleasant addition to the meal. It’s a must have. Excellent service! Our server was very professional and helpful.”

“Shout out to Brian and Team with BW'S Pub & Grill and Main Street Grub for catering our Channel Nebraska appreciation dinner on 8/21. The steak sandwiches, cheese potatoes, sweet chili green beans, and salad were spot on and enjoyed by all of our guests. We finished the meal with Dave’s Cakes of Omaha cupcakes, and again savored by all in attendance. Thanks to you all for making our meal amazing! Highly recommend for anyone to consider when planning a catered meal!”

“I stayed at the lodge three nights for a family reunion. The rooms on the upper floor facing east seem to have the best views. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I had breakfast the last day at Carl’s; it was comparable prices to what you’d get in town and I enjoyed it. Would be interested to come back in the fall and try the rope course and ice skating.”

“I've stopped by a couple times but haven't given a review. Today deserved this 5 star review! I've previously ordered the hot beef (French dip plus hot peppers). Delicious but a little too hot for my taste buds....im a wimp with spicy things. Today I got the French dip and was nothing less than amazing! Husband got a taco pizza and really loved it. We loved our waitress, wish I caught her name cuz I would give her a big shout out. She was very aware of her tables, recognized when we were low on drinks, and super polite/happy”
