Ok normally we love this place but my wife raves about the sugar cookie blender and I had it today and it was runny and not a lot of flavor. I called and talk to someone names penny and she’s like “oh well you can’t have one for free or anything I’m sorry that you don’t like it but you know that we can’t do anything about that” I am like ok then. Very sad and her customer service skills need a lot of work to work with the public.
the candy bar latte is amazing.
Might be the worst experience I’ve ever had with a coffee shop.
Specifically asked for coconut milk 4 different times while ordering. Barista never repeated our order back, instead just giving us our total and asking us to pull around.
My wife drank her iced latte thinking it was made with coconut milk. She is nursing our 6 month old daughter who has a dairy intolerance. As it turns out, her drink was NOT made with coconut milk as our child had quite the reaction...read full review
