“An evening out with friends Saturday. We ventured and found Hallam Steakhouse, we did not call ahead to reserve a table, however, a short wait with drinks at the bar and very friendly and funny bartender! The wait for a table was minimal, less than 20 minutes, and a couple of hostess announced celebrations that included the whole steakhouse crowd to join in singing Happy Birthday and a round of applause for another couple celebrating their 67th wedding anniversary! The interactive friendly staff was fun and kept the mood light amongst all patrons!
Classic cheese balls appetizer with ranch and marinara! 12 and 16 oz Ribeye Steaks with mushrooms, chicken fried steak and grilled chicken with bacon were out table choices! Including a trip to the salad bar with potato salad, pea salad, pickled beets, and all the salad toppings! The GOOD HOMEMADE ranch!
Our waitress team kept our drinks full and brought ice water promptly, checking on our table often with a smile! The staff took the time to listen and we could tell the waitresses, bartended and hostess/manager enjoy their work and wanted to be there!
