I was Happy to try the Flamethrower Burger w/Fries,along with a Medium drink/Flurry(Awesome service worthy of 10,000/10,000 of awesomeness)
I paid and ordered two gift certificates. They were never sent to me when I contested the charge. It went for a couple months and they got their money, but I never got the gift certificates.
They used to be good but not any more. Service and organization are lacking. Too bad.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill may have fantastic food, but long lines and staff attitudes can be off-putting. The service was excellent this time and the staff was friendly. The drive-thru moved quickly and orders were taken quickly with food that was hot and good. The people are amazing with kids and there is also outside seating. The oreo and brownie cupperfection is bomb. The chocolate ice cream is delicious.
