Ordered two meals (one was a French Dip) and two cookies through the drive-thru. The receipt showed the correct items, however the French Dip had no “dip” for the sandwich, and we were charged for two cookies that never made it in the bag.
I guess we’ll have to double-check any further orders before we leave the parking lot, although I believe getting orders correct is the duty of the Arby’s employees.
They don't know the difference between a roast beef sandwich (which I ordered) and some sort of disgusting macaroni and cheese (which is what was in my sack when I got home). Then they expected me to waste ~30-40 minutes of my time (plus gas) to correct THEIR mistake.

Despite this, the roast beef sandwiches and new Fish Strips were enjoyable, though slightly expensive. Overall, a convenient spot for a quick, satisfying meal while on the go.
