“Got a “surprise chai” this morning and let the girl pick what I drink, I didn’t get to try it before I left because my hands were full so I told her to check the reviews and I’d let her know what I think here😆she got me a iced chai latte with marshmallow cold foam 1 brown sugar and 2 vanilla swirl and oh my gosh it is delicious it was something a little sweeter than I would normally order myself but wow she really knew what she was doing!!“

“I usually never write reviews but I had a situation earlier that wasn’t too well but was handled amazingly!! My drink wasn’t the best and I wrote to dunkin about it and they responded almost instantly and later the manager called me to talk about it and handled it fantastically, she had such an amazing attitude and compensated. I’ve been a regular there for awhile and have always appreciated the ladies working there. They’re all so cool and amazing at what they do! Love this location.“

“I stop by this Dunkin' a couple times a week and I love it. They've never gotten my order wrong. The drive thru seldom takes longer than 5 minutes, even on work days. The staff are super nice, especially when you meet them with kindness.
Most of the 1 star reviews are people comparing Dunkin' to other coffee chains, which give off very different vibes. Dunkin' is stereotyped as a blue collar coffee place because it's quick and cheap. Don't go there if you expect luxury; that isn't Dunkin's lane.“
