“When I think of Dunkin's I can't but think of the Casey Affleck SNL skit...which if you haven't, do yourself a favor and watch it! It is pretty spot-on if you visit one in New England. And, it's pretty ironic that Ben Affleck is a spokesperson for Dunkin's. Had to get that out of the way, but this location is my favorite for a non-local coffee shop. The building is fairly new within the past 5 years; it used to be Classic Rock Cafe with a 70's vibe & music decor. The Dunkin' rewards app is quite possibly the best coffee app in my opinion; I love how it always has new monthly perks & it gets me to try something new on there menu. I am a cold brew lover and Dunkin's is always consistently strong coffee... especially the midnight black roast. The service is usually pretty fast & the only reason I gave a 4 star review is there were a couple of times for weekday mornings when they only had one person working, due to staffing issues. But, lately it seems like they have fixed some of those issues.If you want a consistent tasting non-local coffee shop with a low price point... especially if you have their app, then check out this unique Dunkin's.“
“I go there multiple times per week and always receive excellent service. The staff and management are very friendly, go above and beyond to accommodate me, and my order is accurate. I think that a pro-tip would be to use the app for the fastest service if you know what you want and you can also avoid paying in the drive-thru window. I'll be back - they know it.“
“I gave 5 stars for the service only because the manager working today(Saturday) he is so friendly and radiates positive vibes . Otherwise it would honestly be a 2/3 for the past week . The workers seem untrained, clustered and frustrated. I come to this location and another location daily and this one compared to the one on 142 pacific just don’t line up 142nd they have usually 3 people working and all of them are friendly regardless of how busy it is. For how busy this location is there just isn’t a lot of workers. I’m not sure if it’s because a lot of people that want to come to work and just don’t work or the lack of training. (I worked in the service industry for 12 years ) before I became a nurse.Side note one girl was eating bacon out of the food container while the lobby was full and the other two girls are making coffee and sliding on a slippery floor. I watch this same girl make her own coffee burn toast and just cover it with guacamole. I wanted to say something but I thought just maybe people would care if the order was made for them would they eat it. I’m a nurse near here and so Dunkin has recently become my jam. I hope that some of the staff can take note of how the manager interacts with the customers and they can learn to be more personable. I think everyone should be allowed some grace so besides this minor complaint some of the girls on Wednesday and Thursday morning are sweet.“

“Amazing place! The staff was awesome! Kind, considerate & caring. We told them it was our first time at a Dunkin’ & they explained all the great things. They didn’t have any Spider donuts so substituted frosted donuts. Even gave us an extra donut because it was our first time! Because we were from out of town, gave us an idea for a great place to eat. We are here 2 more days. We will be back!“
“I've been to this location a lot and usually have a 'ehh' experience. But today I had ordered a latte from here through a food delivery service, and when it showed up it was only half full. The manager on duty Jaimie was very apologetic, and kind, and professional! She even offered to bring me a replacement one because she was coming my way anyways. She really took a bad experience and made it a great one. She cares about the customers experience and a huuuggeee assett to your team.“
“For a Dunkin, this location has the best service of any I have been to. The coffee is typical Dunkin, not great, not bad either. The donuts and breakfast items are like any other Dunkin, and that is worse than gas station food. Not this stores fault at all.“

“The day I was there I was in line with probably four cars ahead of me.... The girl taking my order was very sweet and said please be patient with us. We're very short staffed today. It took a while to get our order but all the while this girl was smiling and had the sweetest demeanor ever! When we approach the window I find out there's just two of them working. Everyone else had called in sick. This girl did not lose her cool, kept waiting on people and was the kindest soul ever. Kudos to you sweetheart. I don't know what your name was, but dunkin' donuts is lucky to have you!“
“I’ve learned Dunkin’ can be a hit or miss depending on the location, but as a daily goer for the past couple months, I’ve had consistently great service and drinks at this location. After only a couple mobile orders they started to recognize me and would give me an extra donut. The employees are great at customer connections.Also, my go-to drink is an iced matcha latte, and they have made it perfect every-time. If you drink matcha, you know that’s an impressive feat. 11/10, I’m glad this is the location most convenient to me.“
