Dunkin' Donuts in Omaha

“Today I had a pretty bad experience at Dunkin donuts on 72nd. It started with a girl slamming down our coffee drinks. Then they asked me to park while the food was being made will you parked for about 10 to 15 minutes then he brought out the food and it was hard pretty nasty. Was not a good experience today at all“

“We came down from out of town and decided to get Dunkin since we don't have it where we live. The ladies were super nice and our Blueberry Iced coffee and Blueberry Donut Iced coffee did not disappoint. Also got donuts to take home. (Which admittedly did not last very long ?) Wonderful experience would definitely stop in again.“

“Baylee was very kind and professional. When I said I wanted to try the new raspberry croissant, she said it was very good and she wasn’t just saying that because she worked there! She recommended I get it warmed as well and she was right! It was amazing! Coffee and food from here is always good along with great service. You are lucky to have an employee like her!“

“I had an incredible experience with the 162nd and Maple location. I organized our neighborhood's 4th of July Parade, and they provided all the donuts and coffee. We had already agreed on simple donuts to save on cost, and they gave us a very good deal for the 20 dozen donuts and 3 Boxes O' Joe. When the donuts arrived, I was blown away. They were an incredible variety of styles and flavors. They were beautiful and tasted delicious. I heard no complaints, and all the neighbors were impressed with the fancy donuts. Donuts were ready for pickup as planned, and we had to wait for coffee to be brewed. No complaints, as we knew it was the freshest it could be. I think we found our new Plan A for donuts for all future neighborhood events!“

“Smaller location so could easily run out of seating if there is a rush of people. Sevice was excellent. Staff was polite and attentive. Sat and enjoyed coffee with friends. (A note, I am from out of state so could be wrong about the rush crowding comment.)“

“The person working at 5am was so accommodating and offered me a drink that was sweet enough for my taste. I like a little coffee with my drink 😉 My family frequents this location often and gets donuts for school for one of their class extra credit assignments (I know, weird right?) thank you for helping make our days sweet.“

“The young lady running the store name was Shailyn and she was kind, compassionate (persons with DD were there and she was very patient.) She knew the menu, gave great suggestions and the entire building, bathroom included was immaculately clean.“

“Kaelyn does an amazing job she’s great to work with. Makes the best coffee. Exceptional in every aspect of her job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my morning coffee. Really happy to see that someone cares so much about customer service and that’s hard to find anymore. Thanks Dunkin and the team for being so great.“

“I need to start off by saying I’m sorry as it was not this location’s fault but Dunkin corporate in particular. I made an overnight order to pick up this morning and for some reason the order was not available on both my app and the website and their system, but the charge was on my card. I tried to call and there was no one available to talk, but the workers at this location made sure to fill my order and apologized for the issue. So now I get to fight with corporate on why I was charged for the order. I’ve made overnight orders 100 times and this is the first time I’ve had this issue so I don’t blame the workers, but I blame corporate. Great staff that works there and will go again.“

I babysit overnight a lot, so I enjoy getting the $6 meal deal as a treat on the way home.

The staff here are always super friendly, even at 6am! They make my day(s) a lot brighter 😊
