I know working slinging Coffee is hard work and I am REALLY lenient with my Dunkin expectations bc I understand that. But this last experience was the final straw. This location has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I usually do not write negative reviews, but it was so bad that I feel like I need to. I went into the store instead of drive thru because I was unsure of what I wanted. When I walked in, none of the 3 employees that I saw even acknowledged me. Noone even acknowledged we were there. When clearly having issues with their stupid ordering machine, they just continued to ignore us. When we had to go over to one of them to ask for help, we got an eye roll and both ladies acted as if we were bothering them.
