Panera Bread Reviews
I frequently eat at the Panera on 0 Street. I brought along my book to read after I ate. The music was so loud I had trouble concentrating. I asked the lady at the food service window why the music is so loud. She said a higher up man was there holding a crew meeting and he liked the music loud. His focus should not be on himself but the customers experience.
Had two good sized catering orders today. Appreciated the service and everything looked delicious. Great job!
For the love of gawd, we just had the worst customer service. First I made my order, I was charged for a chicken cesar salad. My salad didn't have any chicken on it so I drove all the way back for them to tell me, " Ohhhh ya we're all out of chicken." Uhhhh okay then why not tell me that? And why charge me an extra $2 for a CHICKEN cesar salad with no chicken. Also I have celiac disease, so I requested no croutons on my salad. And guess what was on my salad, croutons. Panera Bread is a restaurant that offers high-quality food and exceptional service. The staff, including Lyric, Carmen, Olivia, Jackie, and Isaac, provide professional and respectful service, even during busy hours. The food is fresh, well-cooked, and served with a smile. Customers appreciate the convenience of kiosk ordering, which allows for easy customization, though some feel it reduces human interaction. The food often comes out quickly, even when the restaurant is busy, and the order accuracy is consistently good. The menu includes vegetarian options like salads and the Mediterranean sandwich with extra peppers, and some customers enjoy the soup, especially on colder days. The location is new, clean, and well-maintained, with wide doors making it wheelchair accessible. While some customers have noted occasional shortages of drinks or menu items, the overall experience is positive. The restaurant can be pricey, but the family deal offers good value. Staff members, such as Alina, are helpful and keep the place tidy, creating a welcoming environment. Despite some minor issues, Panera Bread remains a popular spot, especially during lunch hours and on weekends.
