Inconsistent when making the SAME thing I order!!! This Scooter’s coffee place SUCKS to say the least!!! They ALWAYS put * that much whip cream on your coffee but advertise to cover the top of the entire cup!!! The staff says the OWNER tells them to do this! OWNER YOU SUCK!!! MAKE AS ADVERTISED!!!!
Pulled up with little over 5 min to close, I ordered a medium turtle latte and when it was handed to me felt a little light. So I waited for the foam to go down to find out it’s less than half full!!! I get that it’s almost close and you wanted to go home but seriously? At least fill it 3/4 or something.
Usually have great experiences with the staff and service but this time not impressed.
