Wendy's in Lincoln

“I don’t normally review things, but I absolutely had to get on here and say that was the best fast food I’ve ever had in my entire life. The burgers were so delicious. fries were hot and delicious. In a world where everyone is so negative, I just want the workers there to know they are doing A wonderful job“

“I go to this location often usually in the morning but never usually have issues today lunch time however, I could not get tap pay to work for me. What could've been a very frustrating situation for me and inevitably resulted in me having to go somewhere else was the biggest opposite! JOY is who was helping me she tried troubleshooting tried my phone multiple times. She did all this with a smile and never loosing an ounce of patience. She ended up taking care of it I told her that wasn't necessary but she insisted and when I say I am so thankful she saved this pregnant woman from alot of frustration and more tredging around in the rain when I really needed to just eat my chicken asiago sandwich I was craving. If upper management sees this her name was joy and she is amazing. Praise her, reward her, keep her not a lot of people in this industry care as genuinely as she does about the customer experience. Also this was smack dab in lunch rush and she still had that attitude. Side bar food was hot fresh and exactly what I was craving.“

“Went in for breakfast and it was pretty good the staff were friendly I placed my order online and only had to wait a few minutes before it was done. Would definitely recommend they're breakfast. It's my favorite I don't really care for the lunch menu“

“Very quick service from all of the workers, even though we showed up late. The food was very good, and nothing was wrong or off about the order! It’s been a few years since I’ve gotten Wendy’s, and the new frosty flavors are definitely a treat!“

“They are very friendly, probably because I had the dog with me, lol. Good service, order was perfect. Good people, loved the dog and offered a pup cup. Then they all said, shoot now I have to wash my hands again. So great training and good to hear!!

“Mcdonalds was along the way, but after 10minutes of waiting without even being acknowledged, I went over to Wendy's

Don't get me wrong, I love Wendy's is better in my opinion, but Mcdonalds was there for me to get a quick drink. Or so I thought.

Went to Wendy's, greeted right away, and their staff unlike Mcdonalds was doing real work. Place was clean, and did what I came for there. Always liked their food, and friendly staff. Thanks again Wendy's.“
