“after a trip to Baker's candies we decided to have lunch here. there were six of us and we all had something different and each meal was delicious. Nice helpings and cook to perfection. it was perfect weather to sit outside in the patio and our service was great. Highly recommend taking a trip and having lunch or dinner out here.”

“Shout out to Brian and Team with BW'S Pub & Grill and Main Street Grub for catering our Channel Nebraska appreciation dinner on 8/21. The steak sandwiches, cheese potatoes, sweet chili green beans, and salad were spot on and enjoyed by all of our guests. We finished the meal with Dave’s Cakes of Omaha cupcakes, and again savored by all in attendance. Thanks to you all for making our meal amazing! Highly recommend for anyone to consider when planning a catered meal!”

“Excellent food. Their burgers are delicious! Excellent service. It's a saloon so expect that atmosphere. They do have a kid's menu, and if half of a pound is too much meat for a burger, go with the kids burger.”

“I stayed at the lodge three nights for a family reunion. The rooms on the upper floor facing east seem to have the best views. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I had breakfast the last day at Carl’s; it was comparable prices to what you’d get in town and I enjoyed it. Would be interested to come back in the fall and try the rope course and ice skating.”

“This little gem is a great place to grab some lunch or dinner. Always greeted with a smile, large portions, and yummy food. The new management is doing a great job. I like to take drives out from Lincoln to explore our surrounding communities for lunch, and this is a nice add to the drives.”

“Be warned they have a hard stop on lunch at 2:30pm. Afterwards it’s only ice cream. I’ve had breakfast and ice cream here on two different visits. The ice cream sundae was a little meh (the toppings were all there I think, but the presentation seemed kind of tossed together). Breakfast was good and service was excellent. There’s an upstairs area with seating and a little gift shop too.”

“Overall good experiences, Travis always makes me smile with his super enthusiastic attitude. Only issue I've had is one time when dining in with family, one of the employees (some kid I did not know) threw straws at me and didn't say anything, it was weird and rude.Otherwise I will say there have been occasions where I've felt bad for the employees. I've witnessed people cuss/yell and drive off because they ran out of something. Somewhat recently a woman cut me in line. She drove in front of me after I ordered at the box or whatever it's called and went to the window and ordered and then complained when the staff tried to explain others had ordered before her so her order wouldn't be out right away.”
