Usually when I come through there’s a girl, Hannah at the window. I haven’t met anyone as sweet and polite at this location and I wanted to make sure her patience is recognized. So many customer service employees just act so miserable and like that part of their job doesn’t matter anymore but she makes sure she’s leading with kindness every time and I love to see it.
