I dont mind waiting a little bit for food, its usually hot and fresh then! Not tonight! we waited over 10 minutes and then my kids wanted their French fries on way home! they were still ice cold like they hadn't even been cooked and 2 of the sandwiches were also very cold!
Horrible. Multiple times I’ve been asked to wait 7+ minutes in the parking lot while they ready my food. Never once a compensation has been offered or just given. Never once was I notified before pulling to window to be notified my order would require a wait. One chooses drive thru for speed. Time to earn my business back, because I’m done with you other wise.
