“We ate at Raising Canes (Norfolk) on November 30th at 6:30 p.m. I was very impressed with the crew working there. One member brought our food to us. They checked on us while we were eating. They cleared our trays when we were done. We were there a couple of hours visiting with my cousin from out-of-town, and this behavior was consistent. Good service in the food industry isn't the norm in Norfolk. We'll definitely return.“

“I've lived here my whole life and I always enjoy coming here. Friendly staff, food is always hot and fresh! Only complaint about this visit is that my daughter's kids meal was missing French fries, no big deal. So I went to the counter to let them know, and when the girl I talked to told the girl cooking that I was missing a fry, the cook got almost mad. So the first girl said it's to go so I politely told her we are eating here. The cook got more upset because I guess she didn't hear the correction, and flopped our fries on a tray and tossed the tray in the window. I understand it was a little busy because of a fundraiser, but it was still a little disappointing to see when they always have such good service!!“

“The employees always greet you with a friendly smile as soon as you walk in the door. They are always fast and friendly. They have my meal ready in the time it takes me to fill my cup and grab napkins. These employees make you feel like family. Unlike many fast food places, these people treat you great and always have my order correct with it being fresh and consistent. Not many places act like they care about the customer, but these employees put special effort into being helpful and friendly. These employees make me want to keep coming back.“

“Have only eaten inside about twice, hit the drive thru more. So cant say much about the inside. But their food is good, and I'd say a step above most other fast food. Enjoy the different menu items offered instead of the same ole burger 'n fries. Food has been fresh, wrapped appropriately, service is efficient. Very comparable, cost wise. Dont remember ever having a problem with an order or not receiving something that was ordered. I do wish they stayed open just a little bit later at night, but being a night owl, I wish EVERYTHING stayed open later!“

“Unfortunate that Hardee's is in a bad location for local traffic. I don't like breakfast biscuit sandwiches, but their bacon egg cheese biscuit was delicious, moist and hot. Also tried their strawberry lemonade biscuit and that was great as well. Stayed warm all the way back home. The guy in the drive thru was courteous and even thanked me. Who does that anymore? Will definitely come back again!“
