“I'd say this is a good option when you're hungry in the midst of a long road trip. One thing I can never figure out is why Subway offers "too small" (6 inch) and "too big" (12 inch), but not "just right".“

“Stopped here on on way back from a vacation in Colorado it was definitely worth the drive off the interstate. Food was great the guy making the sandwiches was very very friendly and took the time to provide great customer service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. He greeted us, asked us what we wanted and made our orders accurately even checking to make sure we didn’t want anything extra. We took our sandwiches to go, they were fresh and just perfectly made lots of toppings plenty of meat and cheese.
Would recommend this subway!
Vegetarian options: Lots of fresh veggie options! Sandwiches, wraps and salads!
Dietary restrictions: They have low carb and gluten free options.
Parking: Connected to a gas station so there’s parking I’m sure when it’s busy it might be more difficult to find a spot but overall very easy for us this trip!“

“Got off super late from working a double, came in and was greeted by John and let me tell you this man is amazing!!!! So very friendly! He was stocking and had me out with my food in less than five minutes!! If you have not had the chance to meet John you should stop out here!“

“Love the sandwiches I always get the foot long blt but I'm kind of bummed out because they wont let me get a BLT foot long anymore which sucks. Also I love the bogo deal keep that up for sure. I hope you can bring my sandwich back. That's why it's not 5*“
“I absolutely love Jimmy John’s food, as it is always fresh and delicious. However, I hate to say that North Platte’s JJ’s consistently messes something up whenever we order. Whether it’s as small as forgetting napkins or cutting a sandwich in half, to a delivery time of 70+ minutes and completely ignoring the order’s specifications. Tonight I purposefully left a tip off the order so I could give the driver a cash tip, though he/she was back in their car and driving off by the time I opened the door and ran down the sidewalk trying to tip them. And yes, I made sure the ticket did not have the “leave at the door” option selected. We also noticed a few things wrong with our order, but decided against calling it in. I want to be a supportive customer as I worked a Jimmy Johns for over 3 years (another NE location), but I am saddened to admit that there are simply too many inconsistencies happening at this location.“
