Came to this Applebees , server was Excellent but when it came down to the manager/bartender, that’s another story !!! Ordered a Preferred patron margarita, the one you pour, well don't get it, you only get one pour for 10.00.. Not even worth that price.. From a 1-10 I give it a -100!!! Please try and do better

The steak was good - a little inconsistent but good. The bartender rocked, her fellow servers not so much as they seemed to give her a hard time. I sat at the bar which, at times, smelled like spoiled milk. It has been years since I've eaten at an Applebee's and am sad at their decline. I wish I could give a better review.
When we first walked in, it seemed like everyone was unhappy. No one smiled or greeted you. One short male server yelled at the hostess that he better not place us at any of his tables.We felt VERY uncomfortable, our server was extremely slow and she made herself look busy and barely came by. After our appetizer, it took almost an hour to get our food. It was barely warm. We had pork, Our fries were cold. We didn't dare ask for anything else, because God only knows when your server was going to make her way back or ever come back. Everyone there looked like they were completely unhappy and hated there jobs. The bartender would shoot you dirty looks, if you watched her make drinks.We have never been to an Applebee's like this one! Terrible service and extremely uncomfortable environment!!!

The employees here don't take care of their customers. They make eye contact with you, ignore you and continue goofing around in the back. They make you wait 15-20minutes before they even acknowledge your existence. If you are a delivery driver picking up orders to deliver, they won't even acknowledge you. Don't order online through doordash or grubhub if you want fast service. It's not the drivers fault. It's the restaurant. The manager Tracy is super slow and doesn't care about customer service either.

Went to Applebees, March 6th. My wife had the chicken tenders and i had the chicken alfredo. Tenders were too crispy, but that wasnt the worst part. My wife and both got sick bfore bed.
