Spent 20+ minutes in the drive through, got to the window and they weren’t sure what order was ours. No apology for the wait. Gave us food. Our bag was missing part of the order. Went inside, still no apology, offered a shake.
I went and spent $37.11 for dinner for my family and they gave my daughter milk that expired 3 days ago! Now when I was in restaurant management we were required (daily) to walk through the restaurant and check for things like this! Now how this went 3 whole days without someone noticing is beyond me! Shame on me for not checking before I left I guess!
I came in with a very special off the menu, colossal request. a Gigantic 1 pound beef and cheddar, They puled it off!!!! the Angelic manager couldn't have been more accommodating, after asking me specific questions on HOW I wanted it built, she nailed it!! And let me tell you folks, this monstrosity was very filling and a shear pleasure to eat!! For the way they gladly filled my off the menu order, I will be back here another 500 times!!! Awesome Job guys!!!
