Arrived at 10:25 PM, went thru drive thru. Girl greeted me on the intercom. "We are only serving drinks. NO ice cream and the Fryer is broke." Really?
I understand, its close to closing time, you're cleaning & want to be done. But I got off work & choose Sonic to have dinner cuz it's better than others. Also, this happened last Saturday. Arrived at 10:30PM, lady says "we're closed." but it says youre open until 11 pm (sonic on 185th & center)

I like Sonic’s food. I think they need to revisit their customer service interaction on ordering. I feel rushed to order and get interrupted when I am trying to give my order in a way that allows the cashier to not mess it up. But they interrupt me to say “what else?” And end up missing what I am trying to say. Just be quiet and listen, or maybe just an “okay” to acknowledge. I should not feel like you are in a hurry to get done with me.
