Blue & Fly is my go to place for Chinese food in the whole Omaha area. Your staff is some of the BEST in town. Always kind, will ask someone else if they don't know if a dish can be safely made gluten free, and even when you're busy, full, and with people waiting, they never make you feel rushed and always keep your glasses full.
