“What a great drive-thru experience! The gentleman (who was dressed very nicely, I might add) who took our order and helped us at the window was so friendly and efficient! (My kids usually want McD’s but I vetoed because of their e. Coli outbreak and Trump shenanigans!) We love BK!“
“We where treated very kindly by the manager this evening. We where given a gift card by some friends and for some reason the card will would not swipe. Apparently their pos system does not allow them to enter card manually anymore. He told us it's not our fault or problem it's Burger King's and proceeded to gift us our order that night. Thank you very much to all the staff at this location.

“I have to say Dennis made my day today. I go to methodist for infusions my daughter wanted bk breakfast so I ordered it online, not even paying attention to time. I get there at 10:30ish and breakfast is over lunch has begun, but Dennis and the team still made it happen. Thank you Dennis and bk team. That was truly wonderful customer service. The times I've come here Dennis has always been very friendly it's a nice to be greeted with a friendly face.“

“Judged purely against its peers, this is the best BK I've eaten at in Omaha for sure and measures up well against other fast food franchises as well. The associates are always friendly and accommodating, even when they're swamped, and the food is generaply prepared/assembled with more care than the average fast food joint, i.e. no smushed buns; wonky patties; old chx fries that have been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hrs; etc.“
“The broiler was malfunctioning and the wait was long. The manager explained this to me and I agreed to wait. Their level of professionalism was outstanding and cooler heads prevailed. Every other location needs to learn from them. As a bonus, for the wait, they did give me a Sprite the size of my head!“
“I’m not normally out at 2am and buying fast food, but staying in the Comfort Inn has my schedule a little off this week. So when I woke up I wasn’t sure what I was going to do, or where I was going to go, and I went next door to Burger King on a whim (at 2:30am on December 19th). I had the best interaction with the young man working the window. His attitude was outstanding, and should be the standard by which all your other employees work your windows. Seriously, that part is lacking in most of my other Burger King experiences during the day, and it was notable enough to type out a review for him at 3am before I go back to sleep! My best advice to you is to promote that man, and pay him well.“
“When me and my wife came here, we were greeted by two employees immediately by the name of Benito and Gloria. These two were nothing but nice and took customer service very seriously. They were so nice in fact asked to speak to the manager, Austin. Austin was very kind and courteous to me. Had no issues with my food nor my service. 10/10 would rate this Burger King to ANYONE!“
“I believe her name was Mckenzie, I don't know how burger king does it when it comes to choosing people but she is definitely a team player, that young lady helped me with my complicated meal (I had a #9 with everything on it) I know when I go in there to eat in the mornings, she makes sure that everything is super fresh and ready no matter the time, if I can; she needs to be on a employee of the month board, she killed it!!! 100/10. “Not open 24 hrs, but in my opinion food is good, staff can git a bit iffy, sometimes they forget something you've ordered which gets annoying 😑
Vegetarian options: They don't have much vegetarian food but they got some.“

Vegetarian options: When ordering vegan specifically, its important to mention this as you order. The Impossible Whopper is so amazing and delicious, but is generally cooked on the same grill as the beef hamburgers. Mentioning that you are vegan will result in your plant based meal is cooked on a seperate grill, free of possible meat juices "contaminating" the meal.
I find it very considerate they have appropriate accommodations for strict vegan diets, and I don't think many fast food places even consider how important it is to a non meat eater to have the clear boundry of no animal products in the food, even minute amounts like the risidual juice from a beef burger being cooked. Thank you Burger King!! ❤️

“Normally when I come here there’s a high chance it’ll be closed. However, today I was shockingly surprised! It was open, at least 3 cars in front of me (which is good, I want them to stay open) and the worker taking my order and at the window was FANTASTIC! I just want them to know they were awesome and I hope this location continues to improve. Food was amazing as always too!“
“really really nice employees, always nice and super friendly and helpful. management needs to fix the sewage problem that's been ongoing. every time i come in the food is great and service is good but it stinks really bad in the lobby. the smell is the worst in the mens bathroom so maybe a bad p-trap or something. thanks a lot guys and thanks for being open.

“Went to get breakfast. They had an extremely large order to prepare. They handled everything so efficiently while continuing to assist everyone that came in to place orders. They remained calm and polite while assisting all that came in while handling the drive through and walk-in customers. Very organized and professional. Well done.“

“I have gone to this BK for a while now and I am always impressed with their presentation and attention. You can tell this store manager has hired a staff that truly cares about their customers and their service. The waits aren't too bad here, even at their busiest times. The lobby is clean and makes you feel good to sit in a fast food restaurant. If I could give an 11/10 I would!“
