Staff is very short and rude with me every time I go, and the food is always subpar if I even get the right order.
The manager Tiffany is extremely rude for no reason. She had an attitude the entire time I was ordering and then messed up our order and continued to tell me it was my fault that I didn't order certain things even though I had the receipt in my hand which clearly had everything I ordered on it. I don't understand how this person became manager because they have horrible customer service skills.
We ordered 2 croissants, an iced coffee and a frappe. They parked us to make our drinks which were the only things we liked because they made the food apparently when we ordered it and by the time they finally brought out our drinks or food was cold and nasty which was frustrating because we were already in a hurry. We didn't get a sorry our nothing. So, the quality was poor and the customer service was pretty equal to the quality of food. Very disappointed.
