Wen there on a recent weekend. The staff was getting their butt kicked because there was only two employees, one to take orders and run food and another to cook. The older lady who has been working here for years was trying so hard to keep it together. She was stressed and it was hard to stay positive but she tried and was very apologetic for the delays. They were really set up to fail that morning. Food was otherwise perfect. I've had a shift like this in my younger days...

The broiler was malfunctioning and the wait was long. The manager explained this to me and I agreed to wait. Their level of professionalism was outstanding and cooler heads prevailed. Every other location needs to learn from them. As a bonus, for the wait, they did give me a Sprite the size of my head!

I placed a mobile order around 10:15 (they close at midnight) since it’s by my place and i’m coming off from work. They were not busy at all, but had me wait an insane amount of time, and turned off their ordering screen to make it seem closed. I placed the mobile order with a half hour before getting here. Just not a welcoming atmosphere at all, I wish this wasn’t the only one close to my place that was also open late enough for me. Love the burger king on millard though.
