The broiler was malfunctioning and the wait was long. The manager explained this to me and I agreed to wait. Their level of professionalism was outstanding and cooler heads prevailed. Every other location needs to learn from them. As a bonus, for the wait, they did give me a Sprite the size of my head!

I placed a mobile order around 10:15 (they close at midnight) since it’s by my place and i’m coming off from work. They were not busy at all, but had me wait an insane amount of time, and turned off their ordering screen to make it seem closed. I placed the mobile order with a half hour before getting here. Just not a welcoming atmosphere at all, I wish this wasn’t the only one close to my place that was also open late enough for me. Love the burger king on millard though.

Burger King GM is my least favorite job of all time and I LOVE restaurant operations. That said I know full well tyke budget constraints you deal with and unreasonable expectations and yet you all still smile! Fyi- everyone is hiring you can do so much better! Burger King will steal your soul a day at a time. Run run
