Fries are almost always either over cooked or cold. People mess up the ordering or there’s a missing food item. Idk what happened to the automated lady but bring her back! ? order your fries fresh otherwise enjoy a hard potato-less fry. I’m not even joking my fries are so over fried it’s just a fry shell with no potato in the middle. Majority of the staff (not all) doesn’t care and it’s been showing. DONT USE THEIR KETCHUP INSIDE. No real changes noticed given all the advertising as to all the quality and specialized types of menu items. In fact, the only real change was the large price increase. What was a affordable family geared place to eat has now evolved into a pricey pit stop with restaurant sitdown pricing.
