Car wash review After searching for some time for a Benson-arena car wash that meets the criteria of Affordable Effective Does not beat up the car or mangle license plate I have a new favorite- the Casey's at the turn of Radial Hwy and Maple St. Pay at the pump or at the car wash entrance, with at least four levels of wash, clearly defined. Beth I believe is who helped me. Silly me thought the car wash was opened, ran through it to only find out it wasn’t and I couldn’t get out lol. When I called she came right to me and helped me right away. She didn’t hesitant to still let me get a car wash, so she had me pull around while she wrote up a new code for me and gave me a free wipe for the car. Thank you so much for letting me still get a car wash! :)

1st time at this location. Will not be back. Car wash code didn't work, so I had to pay and when I came in and told them the clerk tried to tell me there was nothing he could do. When I made my case for my options were to either leave my car and the people behind me to come in or to pay doing it the way he wanted, he went and talked to someone and had the worst attitude giving me my money back.
