“At this location, it felt like they were hesitant with the portions almost like they didn’t want to serve too much or didn’t want to make more, which made the meal a little underwhelming. I had to ask for doubles of almost everything just to feel like I got a full plate except the sour cream, they weren’t shy with that. The rice had a few hard pieces, too, which threw off the texture. That said, the staff was friendly and the space looked clean, so it wasn’t all bad.“
“December 26th, 2025. I took a healthy 24 minute walk from Genesis Health Clubs Midtown (up Farnam to Saddle Creek) to try the new Protein Menu. This location is poppin and does it right great job Chipotle! 👏 (BTW the SUPREME COURT sided with Chipotle against claims similar to many of the negative reviews on here in that they are erroneous & frivolous js.)“
“I have a dairy allergy and notified the crew remember before starting my order. They were so extremely kind and thorough with allergen protocols. Wiping the line down, switching out the utensils, washing their hands, changing gloves and even wrote “dairy-free” on my container.
Very much appreciate this level of attention to food allergies. Didn’t catch the employees name but I visited around 10pm on 9/12. Thank you!!“
“I have a feeling a lot of the 1-star service reviews for this location were made by people who've never had to work a close to minimum wage food service job. Because if they have, they'd know how it is to be in the position of a server or cashier, and that those workers do their best to stay patient and respectful but they don't have the energy or motivation to stay respectful when you're giving them a hard time. I've been to this Chiptole dozens of times and have never dealt with bad service, mostly because I know how to treat workers as human beings. If you show respect you WILL receive it back. Anyways, as for the food, it's nothing to die for but it's usually pretty tasty and I can't complain for somewhere so conveniently close to me. I've only had one experience out of dozens where I've been disappointed with the food itself. This place is reliable and mostly consistent, definitely would recommend if you live near here and are in the mood for some burritos. And don't let the other reviews scare you off, it's not even close to what they make it out to be.“

April 2025 update…
My oldest son (14) begged me to get him some Chipotle, so I caved. Talk about 180deg different experience. We stopped in about 6pm after a kids event and it was busy… He ordered a steak rice bowl and they loaded it. I ordered a kids taco for my younger son (10). We were in and out in 4 minutes. Back at home, my youngest didn’t finish his taco, so I helped him. Meat was great and the guacamole was fantastic. Not sure if it’s under new management or they just upgraded employees and training. Still has room for dining area cleaning, but Ii it stays this way, you’ll probably find us there once a week throughout the summer. Way to get better!!!
Initial Review March 2025 - 1 Star
First time visiting this one. Not what I expected when I think Chipotle. This probably a localized set of issues. It’s a pretty new building to be that dirty. Good thing it was a to go order. Had to go in. No drive thru. Just a digital order lane. I’m not a big fan of fast food companies collecting and selling my private data for the sake of convenience, so I don’t use their app. I ordered a rice bowl with steak and drink. Seems they only put about eight cubes of steak on the bowls now (half of their spoonful). No manager present, just a handful of younger teenagers completely unconcerned that most of the tables were filthy. I asked if they have fountain drinks and got a response that it’s around the corner duh. They should write an article on how to mismanage a good brand, provide much less food and have poor customer service, so people can avoid certain locations. I’ll certainly spend $16 for a lot more elsewhere moving forward.“
“The crew working on Wednesday nights always does a great job. It’s one of the few places open later that I can get a healthy option on my way home from yoga class.
I always do online order & have no issues. Guy working the window is always apologetic if they are out of something. Food comes out great each time.“

“Always fresh, always fast. The team here is awesome. Super friendly and efficient, even during busy times. They get my order right, portions are solid, and the food hits every time. Shoutout to the staff for keeping it consistent and positive!“
“Love this branch. Go here for work all the time. Never have any problems, except for the chips.
Chips are always burnt and overcooked and never have enough salt. Once this Chipotle figures out the chips, it's going to be the best in the game.“
