“I have a dairy allergy and notified the crew remember before starting my order. They were so extremely kind and thorough with allergen protocols. Wiping the line down, switching out the utensils, washing their hands, changing gloves and even wrote “dairy-free” on my container.

“I like the ability to choose what is in my burrito, and seeing it made in front of me is great. I wish the portions were slightly larger and that about half the steak wasn't gristle, but it is what it is... mostly enjoyable and not another burger place, which is appreciated.“

“I have tried this location several times (takeout and delivery - never dined in), overall I give it 4 stars, although my experience yesterday was 5 stars! The service has always been great - the staff are always kind. We have had minimal delivery order issues, and chipotle is always willing to make things right with a simple connect with their customer support. I have also never had issues of being "skimped" here - if anything, quite the opposite! We feel the potions here are always large (bowl heavy and filled to brim and tacos sometimes so much on them that it fills the bowl!) I really like their hard shell corn tortillas - something with the crunchy shells with the fresh ingredients being such a good compliment to each other and SO delicious!
I really loved the adobo chicken when it was available (sad to see that go). My experience with the regular chicken has not been as good. I tried that at my two prior visits and it had some rubbery or not so good pieces. The steak was one of my go tos as well, but can be hit or miss on chewy steak pieces as well.
This time I tried the tacos with the barbacoa beef and it was my favorite so far! I will be back for this again! My only complaint would be that on one taco it had what seemed to be "extra" sour cream, when "light" sc was requested. But other than that, it was perfect! Now, as I'm writing this.. I'm craving these barbacoa beef tacos again! ? yum!!

“New location in Gretna. They did a good job of getting the orders through the line and trying to keep things efficient. The building itself is fairly small and even though there was enough seating, it felt a bit like you were sardined in there. The drink fountain was also cramped because of the small layout (I was there at a Friday lunch rush). Staff was very nice!“

“There was a kid that helped us, his name is Zach. He was by far the best that's ever made our food. He carried on a conversation with us while making our food and super friendly! He deserves a raise! The food is always amazing too!
