I placed my order online to save time on my lunch break. Staff was friendly but my bag had no silverware or napkins in it and the bowl was shallow and messily prepared. Pretty disapointing since I didn't have time to go back and have it fixed on my break.
I had a Chipotle reward and it took like 6 minutes to get it reconciled and for them to enter in the number, meanwhile there's a line forming in back of me and people are understandably impatient. The food was good, a majority of the tables in the restaurant were dirty.
