“This was my first experience with crumble. I went this week to the Dubai Chocolate brownie. It was understandably packed as everyone else was there for the same thing. I thought the employees handled themselves well and were still polite despite how busy and overwhelmed they seemed.“

“I was skeptical about pre ordering because according to everything I googled, even if you did pre order you weren’t guaranteed those cookies.(I really wanted to try the Dubai brownie and it was always sold out by the time I got off work.)
So I went ahead, took a chance on Friday and pre-ordered at 8AM and picked them up after 5pm. By the time I picked them up the Dubai chocolate brownie was sold out. But I still was able to get the two mini one’s that I ordered. So safe to say that the Internet is wrong and you can pre order and get the cookies you want to try. Great service overall!!“
