Domino's Pizza in Omaha

“I mean, it's Domino's Pizza, what is there to say about it? Mass produced pizzas, taste generally like all other locations. The food is good, hot, and filling, I always get what I ordered, and feeding large parties isn't hard with cheap pizzas.“

“They employees are very friendly and try their best to deal with all types of orders. They have been a lil shorthanded recently but I believe they are doing the best they can for what they can do. I don't understand why people would say such bad things about North 30th St location after having a problem but then order from there again. These people are human too and we as humans do make mistakes and they have always tried to right their mistakes. Alot of times they are training new employees due to a high turn over and so when ordering people need to be patient and understanding.“

“The place is small and a bit tucked in, but it doesn't make it any less cool to visit. The people there are nice when they need to be (around the sensitive customers) and very vocal and funny around Omahans! My only complaint is that their prices are much higher than fast food or other pizza places. ~$16 for a pizza is a bit up there, but once in awhile it is worth it!“

“My wife and I travel the country year round and we've been to many many dominoes. I have to say this dominos is the best one I've been to. I've ordered from them at least 8 times. My order has always been correct, they get to house very quickly, the food is always hot & fresh and the drivers are very nice. Great job on have such an awesome team !!“

“Just wanted to say that two nights ago I stopped by late at night to get my wife the lava cake that she likes. And both people working were so friendly and nice that I will definitely go back for pizza. They had great service and went out of their way to friendly.“

“Consistently great pizza! Pizza is typically ready on time, but you can expect to wait 15-20 minutes past the original estimated time if you are ordering during peak hours, although I've rarely experienced this (and this is more so an issue with the app, not the store!) I always have great service here and the employees are always very nice, as well as apologetic, even if it's just a couple of minutes past the expected to be ready time. This location has genuinely helped my husband and I love Dominos again!“

“I placed an online order for pick up and arrived 10 minutes early. Asia was the only one working, handling orders, taking calls & using the register. “Ryan and his staff are doing an amazing job making this my favorite dominos. My pizzas looked literally perfect and piping hot when I arrived to pick them up. “I tried to order online, but got confused because I couldn't order chicken on my pizza, so I called and asked if I was trippin or not. The guy was super friendly and laughed a lil and told me yes it was still a topping. I still couldn't order it from the app, so I called back to just make the order over the phone, and he told me he misspoke and said that the chicken was recalled. No issues, so we ordered a medium bacon pizza, a cheesy marinara sauce, 2 cheesy breads with marina, a loaded buffalo chicken wings and the bacon bbq chicken wings. Paid over the card with the phone, and delivery was very fast(I didn't even get a chance to rip them), but they forgot my 2 marinara dips with my cheesy breads. I didn't wanna make them come out just for 2 dips, but I still paid extra for them so I called to just get them refunded. It was a little difficult bc we don't order often, so a credit to my account wouldnt have been much of a benefit for me, and I didn't really understand why they couldn't have refunded me(it was because of waiting for it to process, so I would have to call back tomorrow, but that just doesn't make sense to me bc you can usually refund something on the spot for the most part), and I did tell them I didn't want them to have to come back out for 2 dips in this cold weather. They immediately offered to come back out. I apologized and said I would appreciate it. They came back out and we're again very fast, that I didn't get to give them a tip before getting to the door. The phone conversation was very friendly even with me being a little difficult about the refund. They must have gotten new staff recently or something, because the experiences that we have had were 100% not like this!“
