I start out by saying that if you buy anything here, I recommend you use cash, not a credit/debit card. They overcharged me by about $40 on a $11 order. I went back to the store to get a refund, was told I would be contacted by "corporate". A week later, nothing. I contact them on their website and by Twitter. Nothing. I then contact my credit union and they quickly determined the overcharge was invalid and made a final written determination in my favor and refunded my money....read full review
for the second time in a month we have gotten not only poor customer service but our food is wrong. $40 today for cold food and one meal completely wrong.
apparently it's my fault for going there more than once
Freddies was awful- the food was cold, missing parts of the order and the delivery guy went to the wrong house
